on balance and scale market for over 20 years, and during this period
of time its organizational structure has changed enormously. At its
initial stage of market activity, Radwag employed a few people. Within
less than 20 years it has transformed into a company employing more
than 200 workers, creating a structure in which quality for production
and management has received positive opinion of specialists, and certification
by ISO 9001:2000. Fundamental issue of the complex structure of RADWAG is quick exchange of information between particular departments and precise determination of competence. Such assumptions allow us to efficient realization of production plans and non-standard orders. Radwag uses internet for exchange of documents and information between its offices and authorized representatives in Poland and across the world. |
