quality system |
We
are the biggest manufacturer of electronic weighing equipment in Poland. As an
organization, we have introduced and documented quality system ISO 9001:2000.
High quality for such wide range of products as covered by Radwag, is
possible only thanks to application of processes and procedures of ISO 9001:2000
quality system. Most of elements of quality control system is bounded to each
other by computer net.
Most of the elements of quality system of Radwag
is connected to each other by computer system. It is especially important for
records and maintenance of corrective actions. Each production part, before being
installed in a balance is checked by department for control of deliveries. Each
balance is equipped with a machine card indicating a description of all the actions
which taken place during production. Ready to sell product is checked by quality
control department with help of specially designed computer software. The checking
results in a document which is handed over to a customer.
Upper mentioned
procedures constitute for quality system allowing Radwag to fully control the
product on each stage of production.

| In
order to guarantee the reliability of our quality system, annual
audits are performer by notified body. Our quality system has
been accepted by notified body CMI (1383), which authorized
us to self Declaration of conformity of our products with NAVI
and MID directive. Result of this is the certificate 0119-SJ-A002-07. |
