Effect of these activities, is the certificates for most of our products - they are the confirmation of high quality of the products and their compatibility with NAWI directive. Depending on which notified body is the author of the certificate, it can be named as EC Type Approval or Declaration of conformity (in case of Polish Notified Body). However, independent of the name, the certificate is an objective proof that, a product described in the certificate is in accordance with all regulation applied. In practice, it means freedom of transport and usage of weighing equipment in different countries. Among various certificates, the one worth mentioning, is the certificate authorizing Radwag to manufacture optional weighing equipment with usage of certified sub-assemblies. This is so called "module type approval", and Radwag is the only company in Poland with such certification. TÜV Saarland Certifying Office in year 2002 it has been certifying our ISO 9001:2000 quality control system.   Glowny Urzad Miar Polish notified body for directive 90/384/EEC - NAWI. It performs complete type approval tests for prototypes and issues Certificate of Conformity of WE type.   Polskie Centrum Akredytacji Institution accreditating Radwag Measuring Laboratory. it has approved that the laboratory complies with norms of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2001.   Ceský Metrologický Institut Czech notified body for directive 90/384/EEC - NAWI It performs complete type approval tests for prototypes and issues Certificate of Conformity of EC type.   Nederlands Meetinstitut Dutch notified body for directive 90/384/EEC - NAWI. and for e3valuation of quality control systems of weighing equipment manufacturers. it performs type approval tests for prototypes for our products and issues Certificate of Conformity of EC type. As result of audits evaluating quality system of Radwag, NMI issues certificates, allowing us for self declare the conformity of EC type with directive 90/384/EEC - NAWI.   Panstwowy Zaklad Higieny Zaklad Badania Zywnoœci i Przedmiotow Uzytku Polish Research and Science Institute has performed tests on our weighing instruments on their contact with food. It has issued an opinion that they are not menace to people's health.   TÜV Rheinland German notified body according to 93//42/EEC directive. And for assessment of quality systems of scales producers. Carry out full tests of our prototype scales and balances.   Glowny Instytut Gornictwa Notified body for directive 94/9/EC - ATEX. and for evaluation of quality system of weighing equipment manufacturers. It performs complete type approval tests for prototypes of scales adjusted to operate in explosive areas, and issues a Certificate of Conformity of EC type. As result of audits evaluating quality control system of Radwag, GIG issues certificates, allowing us to self performance the procedure of EC Declaration of conformity with directive 94/9/EEC - ATEX.   Military Centre for Normalization, Quality and Codification Polish certifying unit for compatibility with NATO standardizing documentation AQAP. It issues a document: NATO Code of National Market Unit, which is confirmed by a respective certificate.
