Control scales series WPW/T/HR/FH are designed for fast controlling mass of a product that is batched directly on manufacturing-filling technological line. The scale can operate as a separate weighing station, but its complete functionality is achieved by joining number of scales into a computer managed network supported by application E2R System offered by RADWAG.

The scale is dedicated mainly for fish and meat processing plants, requiring fast and reliable measurements combined with scale’s robust construction resistant to harsh ambient conditions of operation. Due to the specificity of major clients for whom scale series WPW/T/HR/FH is dedicated, the instrument’s construction is fully made of stainless steel AISI316, and stainless steel load cell with IP rating 68/69K. The scale features an indicator with housing made of 0H18N9 (AISI 304) steel comprising a clear LCD display.

All connecting conductors and external wiring (power cord, conductor joining indicator and weighing platform, Ethernet-scale cable) are made of special wire with polyurethane isolation, a so called PUR. The PUR conductors are used in areas requiring high resistance to chemical agents, lubricants, oils and solvents. Application of signalization system enables immediate determining weighing range of a measured load. Such extended functionality shortens and speeds up product’s batching and packaging process, and additionally improves efficiency of workers operating the technological line.
