MXA series
of balances has been designed to meet high requirements for measuring
small masses with high readability
(d = 1 µg). They are equipped with graphic display with extended
user menu. In order to guarantee proper accuracy of measurements,
has been applied automatic system of calibration.
Microbalance consists of two components. One of them contains electronic
modules, and the other precise mechanical measuring system. Such solution
guarantees elimination of temperature changes influencing the indication
of the micro balance.
Microbalance series MXA/F is offered with capacity 5 g with readability
1 microg. Series MXA/F is specially prepared to weighing filters,
instead of glass draught shield, like in MXA series, here user has
special aluminum casing which protects measured filter from influence
of external factors. All elements of the weighing chamber are manufactured
from metal which minimalizes the influence of electrostatic charges
on weighing result. Microbalance is equipped with user friendly menu.
User has access to multiple functions and measuring units which allow
for specification of working requirements. Microbalance software allows
for composition of GLP procedures as standard printout or as freely
definable non-standard printout. Balance series MXA is equipped with
RS 232, PS/2 output and possibility of connecting additional display
as standard. |

Microbalance is in high degree
influenced by external conditions like temperature, breeze and vibrations.
For the purpose of proper operation conditions, it is necessary to
use the microbalance in a room with very precise temperature control
(laminar air-conditioning) and place of usage should be free from
any vibrations (anti-vibration table).
Microbalances do not undergo Legal Metrological Control (verification)
- norm PN-EN 45501 specify only weighing equipment class I with "e"
bigger or equaling 1 mg. when estimating the errors of indications,
one should bear in mind, that in accordance to international norms
included in R111 verification is not performed below 1 mg, and the
tolerance of the weights of the highest class E1 is respectively:
for 10 g ± 0.02 mg, and for 20 g ± 0.025 mg. for this
purpose , the main criteria for evaluation of microbalances is repeatability
and linearity. |
